Terms of use
1. Agreement
By downloading or using Fighting Frog (the "App"), you agree to these terms. The App is provided by SOVL (ABN 64 500 581 856) ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. The App, its characters, artwork, audio and code remain our property. Where no custom EULA is presented, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
3. Health & safety disclaimer
Fighting Frog is a training aid, not a medical service. Striking workouts are physically demanding. Consult a healthcare professional before starting, especially if you have cardiovascular, joint or other health conditions. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Train in a clear space; you use the App at your own risk.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, copy, resell or redistribute the App or its content; don't use the Fighting Frog characters or brand without permission (writers and creators: see the press kit for what's allowed).
5. Purchases
Any purchases or subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Pricing, billing, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms; manage subscriptions in your App Store settings.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on its coaching or timing.
7. Changes & termination
We may update the App and these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue the App or features at any time. Because your data lives on your device, discontinuation does not delete your training history.
